You don't have to be the smartest person in partnerships to make them work; just be the most curious. Partners love it when you show interest in them.
Bonus - being interested makes you more interesting.

There are three main types of disconnects that are causing a fracture in business growth:
- Systems disconnect
- Disconnect between people
- Disconnect between companies and their customers
