Yesterday's Stat of the Day was a bit of teaser for today's PhD:
80-90% of partners are inactive in the average channel program.
Whether that number is precisely accurate, the truth remains that onboarding a new partner is not the end of the journey. Not by a long shot.
Wake them up!

Create traction with your partner.
Show them that end-users can’t wait to use your products, and need the partner’s help to buy / utilise it.
Where revenue goes, attention flows.
There’s no better way to create traction in a partnership than to show your partner they can grow their business together with you.
Pull vs. push…
The best way to do this, is to get your combined message (joint value proposition) to the market asap once a new partner is recruited.
Make this as easy as possible for your partner, and you will both win.
