Living in your zone of genius is about doing things that have amplified effects that help everyone.

The best partnerships layer value on top of value so each activity has outsized leverage. When one of your vendors also becomes a tech partner with whom you do co-marketing and co-selling, and agencies are enabled to implement and support both of your products together for customers - that's an example of layers of leverage.
