1. Build MVP enablement assets and distribute them for testing.

3. Create JVP co-sell enablement assets and bake the partner referral process into your co-sell motion.

For agency partners:

1. Build MVP enablement assets and distribute them for testing + feedback.
2. Develop a base certification to train partners on making money off the partnership.
3. Build a process where all partners are certified when onboarding. Help them clearly understand how to deliver value.
4. Create a self-serve certification model.
