I screwed up
I put together an awesome partner recruitment strategy.
And it worked… PERFECTLY.
But zero growth in revenue…
Why?
I just focused on partner recruitment.
But the partners did nothing.
Now I know I also need a Partner Success Plan.
To take them from:
- Recruited
- Enabled
- Revenue
- Self Sufficient
So remember, recruitment is a vanity metric.
Unless you drive success from your partners.
Don’t screw up like I did.
