Get to value quickly
Want to get more partners to value, faster?
Focus on early partnership momentum.
Too often, partner programs don't prioritize the initial months enough, resulting in passive partnerships that don't generate revenue.
What you should do: Check in on your partners, guide them proactively, show them you care. Don't let initial excitement fizzle out!
This way, you'll build momentum, drive results, and avoid passive partnerships.

Last week, I was getting my bathroom remodeled.
The contractor doing the work, also noticed our carpet downstairs was looking a little threadbare, and recommended a flooring expert.
He probably doesn't get a commission, but they probably refer business back and forth; everyone gets paid, and everyone is happy!
Partnerships don't need to be difficult! 🤔
Identify a need your customer has that you can't solve. Establish a partnership, and send leads back and forth!
