PartnerHacker Merges with Reveal to Bring Nearbound to the Market

Today, we are excited to announce that we are joining forces with Reveal. This move marks a major milestone for both companies, and a big step in the evolution of GTM.  

Reveal made news last year when they raised a $50M Series A round led by Insight Partners and has grown the network of companies sharing data on their platform to over 8,000.

PartnerHacker was founded less than a year ago and we've experienced explosive growth with our daily newsletter, articles, the publication of a best-selling book, and the largest B2B SaaS partnerships event ever – the PL[X] Summit.

The merger is a big bet on the power of conversations to evangelize the emerging partner ecosystem category known as Nearbound.

As part of the deal, Jared Fuller, Isaac Morehouse, in addition to their ongoing roles at PartnerHacker, will join the leadership team at Reveal. Jared will become the Chief Ecosystem Officer, and Isaac will lead marketing as the Chief Market Officer.

The merger was announced live at the NEARBOUND.COM event, where Reveal CEO Simon Bouchez, Jared, and Isaac were joined by industry leaders Jill Rowley, Jay McBain, Chief Analyst at Canalys, and Allan Adler, Managing Partner at Digital Bridge Partners.

When asked what prompted the deal Simon Bouchez said,

“The shift in the market is real. Direct sales and marketing tactics are struggling, but there was no playbook for involving your partner ecosystem until now.

Both companies will maintain independent teams, branding, databases, and activities, and will host a joint project to get more resources into the hands of sales, marketing, and partnership leaders on how to layer Nearbound onto their sales and marketing GTM efforts.
